Our coaching methodology is solutions focused and concentrates on actual business issues the executive is addressing at work. We can assist with learning tactics and skills practice as well as being able to leverage a wide variety of practical models and frameworks to assist leaders in planning and implementing changes in the way they are working.
We assist with collection and communication of this data where required using 360 assessments.
Coaching sessions are 90 minutes and frequency is established based on client objectives.
